Who we are

Nova Support provides virtual recruitment compliance and workforce administration support from South Africa to UK organisations.

Information we use

We may use business contact details, website enquiry information, client and supplier records, worker administration details, communication preferences and records needed to deliver an agreed service.

We ask clients not to send special-category or criminal-offence information unless it is necessary for an agreed workflow and an appropriate secure process is in place.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, manage client and worker administration, keep business records, protect our systems and send relevant business communications where permitted.

Depending on the activity, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. Marketing preferences are recorded separately from operational communication.

Business email and your choices

We review the source, recipient type and lawful basis before enabling marketing email. Uploading a contact list does not automatically send a message.

Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you object or opt out, we keep a minimal suppression record so that a later import does not add you back.

Website analytics and performance

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate website visits and real-world performance, such as page loading, responsiveness and layout stability. This helps us improve the website and identify pages that need attention.

These first-party measurements do not use advertising cookies and we do not send enquiry form content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, client records or staff records to Vercel through these tools. Vercel processes the limited technical information needed to provide the measurements as our website hosting provider.

Website advertising measurement

We do not load the Google Ads measurement tag unless you accept optional advertising measurement. Declining does not affect the website, your enquiry or the service you receive.

If you accept, Google may receive limited visit, device and advertising-interaction information, plus a confirmed enquiry event identified by a random submission reference. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company, message or staff information to Google for this measurement.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen Cookie choices in the website footer and withdraw permission at any time. Google processes measurement information under its own privacy terms and our account settings disable advertising personalisation for this use.

Sharing and international access

We use service providers for hosting, database, security and email delivery. Authorised Nova Support staff may access information from South Africa while supporting UK clients.

We limit access to people and providers who need it and use contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, legal or contractual requirements, and the resolution of disputes. Prospect records are reviewed periodically; suppression records are kept in a minimal form to respect opt-outs.

Controls include staff-only access, role-based permissions, audit history, encrypted connections and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to how personal information is used. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
